Low Carb Meal Prep | Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus

This is a great meal prep idea for those on lower carbs.

Below is a list of ingredients you'll need:
-Salmon (skin on or off, your choice) Note: I used nearly 3 pounds
-Asparagus (I bought one package from Costco)
-1 Lemon
-Garlic (8 cloves)
-Salt
-Pepper
-Cooking Spray

I made 10 meals each containing 4 oz. Salmon and 100 grams of Asparagus.
