Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Banana Nut Bread (E-IF)

Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Banana Nut Bread (E-IF)

In partnership with FaveDiets, one of my favorite breads growing up was always banana bread. It was one of those quick and easy breads, and it seemed we always had bananas that were too ripe to eat. Going low carb typically means giving up bananas as they are loaded with fructose at 27g per banana. This recipe is an easy way to get that flavor back into your diet.
